In December 2015, it was restructured into a joint-stock company and renamed as Suzhou Xinye Electronics Co., Ltd., and was listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) in June 2016, with stock code 837641. At present, Xinye Electronics has two factories in Suzhou and Yangzhou, with a workshop of 40,000 square meters and more than 500 employees; it can produce 300 million PTC components and 10 million sets of PTC heaters each year.
